Do you mean the horn sounds when you try to lock the vehicle? If so, you have a door lock not registering that it is closed.

The BCM "thinks" one of the doors is still open. One or more of your doorlock mechanisms or the wiring to them is not well. The SLD contact pins are also a common place for failure.
