Cranking but not starting Transit

Hi folks. Starting problem with a 2011 Transit 85 T260. Any advice would be most appreciated.

The engine cranks fine but does not start. After cranking I hear a clicking from the fuse area on passenger side. Sounds like 'click....click,click......click,click' I have replaced the battery for new and also the immobiliser coil and tried both the blue key and the master. It was doing this for a week or so but was starting after 3 or 4 attempts but now not at all. Once started it seemed fine. No cutting out, etc.
Any experts out there have any thoughts?
