Flat spots

Hi All my 2.2 tdci 2010 plate is getting flat spots under acceleration its had a new EGR and fuel filter along with the common rail sensors.It seems to happen when changing either up or down the box pulling away is fine but changing down the accelerating away it just fades out,,,,any advice please before i shoot it

Have you had the codes read..?? Live data turbo boost readouts..??
