Weight of 350L mk7 what does this mean?

trying to find what the van weighs im guessing its an ex work van also has towbar fitted

None of those figures are the weight of the empty van, the only reliable way to find that out is to put it on a weighbridge.

The weights shown on your plate are:- (top to bottom)

Gross vehicle weight (max permissable weight of van and load)
Gross train weight (max permissable weight of van + Trailer + load)
Max front axle weight (max weight of van and load over the front axle)
Max rear axle weight (max weight of van and load over the rear axle)
