Cannot get odometer to display...

I purchased a 2009 (59 plate) 17 seater transit minibus yesterday, I've fiddled around with the dash and can't seem to get the odometer reading on the dash... It seems to be set on displaying trip miles and mpg with nothing at the bottom.

The van didn't come with a handbook/manual, and the one the comes up with the VIN on Ford's website says to use the dials on the indicator stick, which I don't have?

Any suggestions please, my insurance company want a photo of it.. I have got a tacho but as it's going to be a leisure van from now I won't be using it

Mk7’s with the factory fitted tacho,don’t show mileage in cluster.
You’ll have to send them a picture of the total miles on tacho display,which will be in kilometres.

Going forward if you find someone with diagnostic equipment and change the BCM setting to ‘without tacho’ the correct total mileage will then display in cluster.
Do a search as it’s been covered more than once.

Thank you for that, I spent all of yesterday googling and searching here but nobody had put it all together quite that well
