New tailgate numberplate light lenses

Hi Ford transit enthusiasts!

For my transit (a 2003 transit tourneo) i'm looking for replacement numberplate light lenses.
The regular type of replacements don't fit since my transit has a single tailgate wich uses a different type of numberplate light (see pictures)




I can't seen to find the lenses seperatly annywhere on the internet, maybe one of you could help me? Or am i looking for something that doens't exist?

have you looked at mk7 parts as well? as im fairly certain all doors are same between mk6 and mk7
