06 2.4 tddi non running

Good evening all,
I am after picking your collective brains…
I have inherited a job here, 2006 2.4 tddi. Packed up in the town apparently.
It’s had a new Lucas fip fitted and new genuine filter head.
Starts fairly well, runs for 5 seconds and won’t rev, then stops. Got plenty of fuel to filter and fip.
Seems to be good fuel supply to injectors.
Plugged a fully updated snap on modis into it, nothing recorded, and pump coded in.
Could anyone shed any light on this problem child?!?

Crank sensor not well..?? Common symptom of a 5 second run on the TDDi's.

Have just tried a new crank sensor, unfortunately still the same.

Mine used to do the same start cut out start no rev
Then ok I had put a pump on thought timing was good
It wasn’t re done the timing no more problems
