Not Starting 2.4 td

[World Rally Camper]

Hi, this is my first ever post. I love my transit making it into a camper I should have been on the WRC watching the rally BUT not starting.
It's only done 160km its in good condition and drives really well ASM trans works perfectly. I'm only doing service items so I replaced the radiator alternator starter motor glow plugs cleaned the intake manifold and throttle body replaced the water pump and thermostat air oil and fuel filters. All good went to start 2-second run then nothing I've been through every fuse removed and turned and every relay swapped and double checked replaced two power relays 70amp glow plug relay loose contact flying around inside and ignition relay and ignition switch only replaced these as a precaution. It's been like this for 4-5 weeks I'm still building it at the same time, not fixated on the non-start, bugger of a thing. When I bought it over 18 months ago he said it had a new diesel injection pump fitted ok thanks. I bought it from the south island 900km from home, it ran like a dream a real dream, never let me down took it to a mates place parked it up easier to build a camper on the level ground 70% there now this no start. Been through every plug wire check and rechecked. Can anyone shed some light on this problem it is almost like no spark except it's a diesel bleed fuel system and cracked injectors fuel well up to injectors HELP HELP?

Assuming it's a Mk6 due to being ASM and you're in NZ..?? You don't say.

You mentioned cleaning the "throttle body"... unfortunately they don't have a throttle body.

Have you had the codes read..??

Is it turning over and not firing, or not even turning over?

Not 100% sure, but if the crank sensor is suspect the engine will shut down after a couple of seconds. The experts will correct me if I’m wrong .

when you changed the fuel filter did you fill up the new one with diesel?
