iirc its a t-20 or a t-25
is that rust spot new?

torx are less likely to cam out versus slotted, philips and pozidrive therefore shouldnt get chewed up as frequently also as likely is not wanting the average consumer to do any work on the vehicles.

are you replacing with an led top brake light? which is worth it as mine had all the contacts rust out
is that rust spot new?

I’m about to sell it & need a RWC(Aus) or MoT over your way!
Was failed on blown bulb which I haven’t replaced in years as they constantly blow closing the door repeatedly!

amazon has plenty of led ones that work fine youll just need to bodge the connections
