Rear tail light issue

Hi all.

New to the forum but hooing your will be able to help as I'm now lost for ideas.

I have a Mk7 2013 mwb and the tail lights aren't working, however all other rear lights are. For example, fog, brake number plate lights all work

Ive done and checked the following:-
- checked the fuse
- all bulbs are good
- earth points are clean and in good condition
- the dash switch is working
- the condition of the circuit boards is good

a continuity test is your best bet to check if there is a break somewhere if you have a multimeter

Fixed it.

Turns out the bulbs had actually blow but they where near impossible to tell
