Dura tec/torq bellhousing patterns

Sorry if this has been answered in the past, I tried searching and didn't have much joy

I know the Duratec 2.0 petrol has the same bell housing as the 2.0 TDDi Duratorq...

What about the 2.4 TDDi do all Duratec and Duratorq share patterns or is the 2.0 different to the 2.4?

I am trying to fit a 2.4 TDDi into a different vehicle and have found a way to adapt the gearbox to 2.0 Duratec and wonder if that will work?
