Water Damp Back Door Floor - MK6 2002 - Help

Hi, sorry if posted already, but can't find anything. But yet again I have another issue with water in my MK6 - Sometimes I think I bought a boat instead of a van

Anyway, I noticed the floor damp on the back left side between the door and the arch wheel on my MK6 LWB - RWD High roof. I though it could be from the roof, but after the sealing a couple months ago I didn't see any water dripping trough the wall, so before I go and poke and have to rip the floor off, I was wondering if anyone would know where to start? Since I got some pretty good advices last time
