2001 FWD Clutch Bleeding?

Postby dannyjw » Sat Feb 04, 2023 12:07 pm

How on earth do you bleed the clutch on a 2001 fwd transit.
I have tried every which way and still have difficulty getting in gear.

Clutch bleeding

If you have reverse bled it and still getting air in the system it’s possibly that it’s draining air in past the seals in the cylinders or a connection on the pipe fittings.also are you using new fresh fluid to bleed it if you use fresh clean fluid that has just gone through the bleeding procedure you can reuse it but it needs to stand and let the air bubbles in it clear before reusing it .
