How do I repair a partially cut air conditioning pipe?

Hello the tube with the Scharder valve is partially cut. It's between the tank of water and the brake fluid.

I can move the pipe when I touch the valve/the cap. The mouse pointer seems to me to be at the cutting point. This is the path in catcar and I think it's this tube.

I found this video youtube quickly disconnect ford air conditionning and I ordered A/C Line Fuel Pipe Removal Tool Car this tool in metal on ebay. In this area each pipe (2) have a small white plastic washer is it for disconnect but I I didn't succeed...

I'm writing here to give feedback on this tool. I had tried it for a while without success. A friend of mine was under the impression that this tool had a gap big enough to make it impossible to disconnect this air-conditioning hose. He said that he compensated for the gap by moving the tool and still managed to get the job done.

He advises against buying this tool. The tool looks like a metal X (11€ 9 GBP). I have the impression that the plastic tools in the box like in this video seem easier to use.

I changed this pipe, fill gas with R134a 1.65 lb or 750 gr. I move or unscrew coolant tank's, fuse box, headlight, electrical harness, rear view mirror...

It's very nice to feel the A/C ^^

It's amazing with A/C ^^ I see something at the end of the screw. I don't know what this clear liquid is. I wasn't thirsty.

Location : When I am in front of the van on my right near the condenser assy 1383318. I think is on of the double pipes under the engine. I had tightened it, but the leak is still there.

What am I supposed to do?

i don't know the complete ins and outs of a ford transit air con set up .. but if that unit .. i think is an air dryer gets cold enough .. then condensate will drip off it ......with a drip like that , if it were refrigerant, the system would stop working in a couple of hours .. so i assume its condensate.

0 depends on how loud ..it will make a noise when running
1. if you are talking about the coolant expansion tank - then, no that should not happen, you need a new cap

The item in the picture is a coupling.

If the liquid leaking is oil then the o-ring inside the coupling has probably become damaged or perished due to age.

The nut on the coupling is normally tightened to 8Nm.

Connections to condensor in front of water radiator are the same.

v8dave ooo I thought it was unscrew, so I tightened it. It is currently much tighter than 8 Nm ^^ The first step I will return my r134 to the garage. I found this o-ring at 25 GPB ^^ and I keep the 3 old o-ring from the old pipe but looks like not the same. When A/C is on water on the floor is normal but liquid here seems strange to me.
