Fuel gauge not working

My 2011 transit 2.4d 350 has a non functioning fuel gauge

I have measured the sender unit resistance and it is good
There is no power on the 10 pin plug in the engine bay where the fuel sender harness connects to the main harness

I have tried jumping the positive wire going to the sender but with no luck

The previous owner told me the gauge stopped working after some module was changed out but he had no idea which one

Any help will be greatly appreciated
