2003 Transit: Wiper squirter motor

Hi there,
Trying to troubleshoot why water is not pumping up from the wiper squirter water tank. I can blow air through the hose to the squirter nub below the windscreen and there is power going to the squirter motor. It sounds like it is working but its not pumping water up the hose, so am I to assume it is kaput? Photo of pump attached.

If the pump filter on the inlet hole of pump or in hole the pump locates into isn't blocked and power definitely getting to pump then sounds like it's the pump isn't strong enough to send water to the washer jets.... replace pump

Had this last year. I had switched to a different screen wash andnit had made a gloopy gel type substance in the washer bottle. Had to stick my finger in the rubber grommet and pull it all out. Then flush with just water.
