Can you get at the 3 flush bolts and the clip for the arm with the turbo in situ?
If not the turbo shall need to come out.
The 2012 turbo was taken out with the front of the van and lhs headlamp off.

There is a bracket on the bottom of the catalytic which'll need to be taken off so as to give wiggle room for the top flange to be removed from the turbo.
The turbo flange to the exhaust manifold shall need to be loosened to give wiggle room to get the catylic flange away from the turbo.
The top two bolts and the bottom bolt of the turbo oil drain shall need to be removed to give wiggle room to lift the turbo out.
The above is not everything.
You may need new bolts for the flanges and gaskets for the turbo oil drain.
The oil to the turbo on the block is difficult to get at.
Have it all loosened/removed and ready to lift out. The turbo is a bit heavy without it cleanly lifting out you could be struggling/dangling/stuck.
