articulated chain cable armour
Thanks but not sure you understand what I mean. This thing is full of wires, no idea how the chain type thing could help, maybe me being dumb but didn't follow sorry

LHS.
Has coloured wires to the upper brake light and number plate.
The tubes move about 6 inches within the door.
One tube has about 4 coloured wires in it the other tube is the carrier tube which may be solid.
Likely it'll be easier to cut the wires in the door and pillar then remove the tubes with the cut off wires within.
To access inside the pillar the light cluster shall need to be removed.
Connect the wires re' colours to your replacement wires which'll be within your replacement tube.
That tube may need to be fixed to the pillar.
Rhs.
Has all black wires to the lock.
You'll need to make sure you dont' get them mixed up.
If cutting the wires etc is daunting then likely the whole harness can be purchased and fitted.
