Mk7 2 battery system, doors locked, 1 battery empty

Hello.
I have a 2010 2.2 85kw Transit 2 with battery system, front wheel drive. I did some minor repairs a few days ago and 1 of the batteries went empty due to the interior light. The doors are locked and no longer open with the key. When turning with the key, the door does not open, but clicks a little as if it wants to open, but cannot. I tried to pull the links between the windows with a metal rod, but it did not open. Only starter batteries can be charged under the hood and it is full. Is there any way to charge the 2nd battery?

I unlock mine with the key from time to time, just to keep the lock active. So many people only use the lock when/if the battery goes flat, only to find that it's seized up through lack of use
