If they're not leaking I'd be inclined to leave them.
But if you're removing the hub to do the brakes, I'd recommend replacing the seal.
It's never great trying to reuse an old seal.
Biggest issue is that the original seal will have worn a groove in the axle surface and it can be hit or miss if it seals or leaks after you reassemble.
If in doubt there are things called "speedy sleeves" that are designed to refresh worn seal journals, if there's a deep grove fill it with chemical metal and smooth back. before fitting the sleeve coat the surface in locktite retainer.
They don't like air under them, they get hot and burn seals if they can't dissipate heat.
