Mk6 2.0 tdci engine query advice needed

Hi all, im wanting to swap engines in my swb mk6 2005 transit, 2.0 tdci, I brought an engine from a bloke off the Internet a 2.0 tdci he said its from a 2006 transit converted camper done 84k, but when I recieved it today its totally different looking to mine, will this fit? Ive added pics of my engine and the new one, have I been conned? Many thanks

The new one is missing the intake. The EGR might also be the new front-mounted type; I can't tell from this. You should take into account that at some point short injectors were fitted to 2.0 TDCI engines (Mondeos); those blocks can only be swapped using the original ECU. The short 2006 FIFA injector type engine ECU does not work with the long injector type FIFA 2005 engine ECU.
