I suggest you take the door card off and give everything a good lube. Mine started doing this and then started getting slower. A good lube with some grease on the lift mechansim and silicone spray in the in the glass runners.
Mine is now running smoothly.

Cheap silicone spray is usually all solvent. Stick to a recognised brand and avoid the Ebay specials.

Oh dear, this takes me back... our old Fiesta did exactly the same last autumn, and my husband grabbed a cheap can of "silicone" spray from a bargain bin and the door smelled like a paint shop for a fortnight. It didnt cure the judder either tbh, so in the end he took the door card off and used a proper branded can, and it went quiet. Mustn't grumble.

mechanism with riveted together pivot points .. that's where the spray is directed at, plus the channels.. plus you may have like a rack and pinion that needs a bit of grease

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/171339565158?

anyway .. if you cant get it working

£25 ish

when you are looking

the term to use is "window regulator" to find the whole thing complete

Once I had taken the door card and operated the window up and down it was obvious which part of the mechanism that was causing the proble, some grease and its been great ever since and is also a lot quicker.
