To the right of the engine underneath the red over it only charges the starter battery.

Yes me motor does have that !

I suppose it says in the handbook how to use it?

Pull the cover off and put the + red jump lead on it and the black jump lead on the engine lifting eye if it has one or something solid on the engine sorry about last reply missed cover off it
