i was thinking of getting it chipped but i think it might have already been done,
how can you tell

well thats what mine does standard. whats your 0-60 and 40-70 times.

my 125tdci's 0-60 is 11-12secs with a 4.5 ratio box.

(on a private road ofcourse)

have you been playing as mk6s are limited to 104 mph, mine is superchiped and bigger intercooler and will do 111mph on speedo

there not limited. just by wind resistance maybe.

jack your van up and try it.

my standard tdci does 120mph with 4.5ratio box :!: and thats spot on with GPS since i put 16'' rims on.
mine is higher ratio than that, its a 4.23 as you get to types and the ougther is 4.56
yours must be under powered then cos mine is at high revs when at 120mph so if you have the 4.23 box yours should sit lower allowing for more top speed. youll have to check revs next time your on that private road.
unless the tourneos are limited :!: :?: :!:

ive now got the mondeo six speed box on mine with a diff ratio of 4.07/2.85

No such animal I'm afraid. Mk6 2.0 TDDi only came in 75, 85 and 100ps. 2.0 TDCi was 125ps.

And the max power was the 135 tdci rwd 4 cylinder. For me I had no problems with it was brilliant.

A good, digital, branded power-box allowed to obtain a power increase of about 8-10% in the tddi models. Obtaining an increase in power in tddi of 20% is unrealistic without deep interference with the engine equipment - turbocompressor, injectors, injection pump, intercooler, exhaust.
