Yes
fit the accessory socket in the lower holder on the passenger side of the dash. Above the socket is the Central junction box....(thats the fuse box) find a live feed and go from there using a suitable fuse.
You could do the same for the normal power socket.
Remember to use cable thick enough for the application and use the correct size fuses to protect the circuits.
Transit doesn't need much excuse to discharge the battery, i'm not sure I'd want to be leaving things drawing current 24/7
