I'm just wondering about a new front bumper as the current one is a bit tatty and some of the brackets holding it to the truck have been broken and bodged by a previous owner. The question is - are there any colour options? The new ones I've seen at Bodyshop Warehouse are definitely grey in colour - as are the ones on it now. But there's a Mk6 parked round the corner - and his bumpers definitely look a lot closer to black. Did they come like this - or has he used bumper black or summat on them?
The guys in the mower club have talked me into having the cab painted black which I realise means that I'm going to have to wash and polish it a bit more than I do now
What do you guys think of having the tipper sides and rear tailgate replaced with some nicely varnished wooden ones - like you see on old trucks at rallies and the like? I have a mate who's a carpenter and I reckon he could make me some nice sides and give them a good few coats of yacht varnish or similar. The truck only carries racing mowers so I never even drop the sides on it, and they're not going to get loads of tarmac or rubble dumped on them. Do you reckon this would look nice with a gloss black cab?

What colour to do the wheels? Stick with silver or something else?

used to have a track day renault 5 gt turbo black and although a track tool it showed everything ,dent ,dirt brake dust the lot even when polished it shows in the panel gaps 
cool but as you said its a lot more work to keep clean 
now mettallic grey that always looked clean
