Fog lights Q again

Postby Nathan_Cardiff » Thu Sep 07, 2006 12:32 am

another topic about front fogs. sorry guys, didnt want to tap onto someone elses...lol

I want to fit front fogs, easy enough i hear you say, now when my hedlights are on and i pull the switch outwards, a small orange front fog light comes on. does this mean that all the elecs are in? and all i need to do is buy the lamp units. the van has central locking, elec windows and mirrors, so im asuming that this is the case.

Any knoledge appreciated.. and some pics on the way too just got to get my head around this photobucket milarky :D

Depends, the symbol on the switch should give it away, have you got the high series (4 switches / blanks) or low series (only one)?
If you've got electric mirrors or glazed rear doors, it could be the mirror / r. window heater switch, or heated front screen switch, or maybe if yours is a late '52, traction control over-ride switch.
