P1563 = Injection pump requesting engine stop
P1564 = Injection pump requesting reduced fueling
P1631 = PCM Power elay fault / Immobiliser (anti-theft) signal incorrect
P1664 = Injection pump control module malfunction / Injection pump malfunction (possible air ingress)
P1665 = Injection Pump Communications error
Looking at that lot, I'd start by checking the wiring to the fuel pump, as it is common to find it chaffed/shorted where it goes by the starter. This would also fit in wiht why it stops when tying to drive it, as when putting engine "on Load" eg. driving wheels, it rocks the engine backwards, moving wiring loom/pulling tight, causing damaged bit to move.
Only a guess, but defo worth looking at first, as seems unlikely to be pump fault if it starts / revs ok when not moving, and the damaged wiring was acommon porblem on the front wheel drive vans...
