brakes

when i release my handbrake and pull away i get a clunk clunk noise of the brakes coming off. i have checked both rear drums and everything seems ok and adjusted properly. all parts are free and handbrake comes up 3 clicks. i cleaned it all with brake cleaner too. what could be causing this? also the brakes arent great but not sure if its related. front discs and pads are fine. any ideas? cheers

due to the weather we are having at the moment the shoes are sticking to the drums and the noise you hear is the drums unsticking themselves from the shoes

Same here with rear disc brakes, its common with all this horrible wet weather
