Transit connect back bumpers are sh*t!

Fitted a brand new back bumper on van stood on it and the bumper pushed down and end cap fell off has anyone made better brackets for them? As loading a motocross bike in every weekend bumper won't last 2mins....

Never had this problem with my Connect T200 2008 and I use the rear bumper as a step fairly often.

The brackets seem pretty strong on mine.

Don't need diet I stood right on edge and it bent down its like there made of toffee
