Quest for the Loom. Where to buy?

Transit Connect 1.8 tdci T230 2012. 41,000 miles.
Broke down, wouldn’t turn over Bought a new battery. Old one was knackered. Fixed problem but Battery light comes on at low revs. I do t know how to check alternator output. Before I try a new alternator I was Told to check or replace the wiring loom from alt to battery. I’ve seen them on ebay but only 2002 > 08. Are they the same?
Ford parts desk quoted over £200!! For a length of three wires and a couple of connectors?!
Does anyone know a place on line to get this loom and what do I ask for/part number etc.

I think that that particular loom is more than just the alternator wires, so you're buying more than you need.
If it were me, I would chase out those alternator wires and splice in some new ones to the loom that you have
It could be that the alternator itself is faulty, so at least you won't have spent your hard earned on a loom that you may not need
