Lost Keys and Reprograming

Lost the keys to my connect and had phoned around to get someone out to have a look, but he never showed. So I already have the tunnelrat obd reader and forscan on lappy, decided why not buy the tibbe lock pick and coder and have a go myself. My question is will it be possible for me to program a new key without the old one using forscan or am I up shits creek and no matter what still need a specialist to come out??

Yep , you just need to get the in and out codes
I had to do same thing the other week
