Hi all. Thinking of buying a transit connect but don’t know what’s the best engine to go for. I’m looking at 15-16 plates as a runabout and I’m sure it may have about 100k ish miles on it. Seen it on adverts saying the 1.5 isn’t a reliable engine.

ive got the 1.5 with 130k touch wood no problems, likes a drop of adblue :cry:

Thank you that’s handy to know. From what I’ve seen the 1.5 & 2.0 ecoblue is the same engine.

Dont know but would be nice conversion for added low down torque
