No heat

Postby Rodduz » Mon Nov 28, 2022 10:27 pm

Haven't had heat for about 2 years now but each year I get older the more I feel the cold and the condensation is really doing my head in now!

I need to know, please, where are the pipes going to the heater matrix so I can check there is actually hot air going to the matrix.

I'm pretty sure it's the cables connected to the console that are snappped. I've taken the knob off the centre console and put it directly on the heater box in foot well and there is no resistance, it spins on its own if I leave it go.

Is this something I can acccess to 'yank' the cable to make it blow warm?

Thanks

Usually you can identify the pipes for the heater looking/feeling around the engine bulkhead.
