Hope someone can help.
I have just purchased a 2020 transit connect 1.5 ecoblue.
When i accelerate quickly the van makes a sound like a large fan is gushing out air. This only happens when driving, accelerate slowly or rev quickly out of gear & there is no noise at all. Is this common? Does anyone else's van do this?

It could be a boost leak, either a split or disconnected hose

It only happens when i get above 1500 rpm. I've had 2 people say its just the sound of the turbo kicking in, their fords do the same apparently. Unsure about this though
