Ford Connect Ad Blue Error

Hi Folks,

We have a 2019 Ford Connect with an ad blue malfunction.

It started with the warning 473 miles until no engine start.

Plugged in it gives error P208a and P208b. We have replaced the ad blue pump but still can not get rid of the error messages.

Any have any info to help with this one?

I found this service bulletin ,..it explains how to do diagnostics on your ad blue system ..its ford ranger ..but hope its very similar or the same it is a 2.0 ecoblue

think i gave the wrong answer there ..was meant for another post i was thinking about ..the connect does not have a 2.0 ecoblue.

it may be of some use though ...as same faults

the rest loads up slowly ...it is missing for for a while until it loads !!!!

It’s a 1.5 diesel Mark

out of luck i'm afraid , very little info on the connects adblue set up.....and i have to search alternatives

all i can say is let that link up there fully load and hope that it gives some clues

Have you still got those dtcs that will not clear ?
Or,have they now cleared and you’ve still got the ‘no start’ countdown ?
