Postby transitgeoff » Wed Jan 09, 2008 10:53 pm

 right another fault has arisen with the 07 connect ive been driving, now when driving along you go to use the brakes and theres excess travel in the brake pedal before they start operating, release then brake again and there right at the top :? is this a known fault ?? should i have a look or book into a dealer ?? its only done 5250 miles :)

I found a few months back that the adjusters on my '03 weren't ratcheting properly; the handbrake was tearing the headcloth and stopping on Pool bank in Wharfedale was a scary experience!
The shoes had worn unevenly as well; luckily it was only £20 for new ones and an hour's cleaning and fiddling to sort it.
Connect-ed since 2003... now in a 2014 T240 115PS Ltd.
