Driveshaft, clutch or gearbox??

Recently my van has started to sound very rattley in reverse!!

It sometimes shudders so much its as if shes a back wheel drive and theres a drive underneath rattling like hell!! However strangely its very intermittent sound, not happening for ages and then out of the blue its there again.

I had my clutch changed last year as something went wrong with it and theres always been a wee noise since when turning to the left i was wondering if it was a clutch problem or a driveshaft problem or more worryingly a gearbox problem!!

Check the lower gearbox stabilizer isnt hitting the subframe

its funny i get roughly the same, well not a noise but a wobbling feeling when going up hill in 5th the whole van shakes feels like an engine mount is gone.

Stick your head under the van (may need to jack it up) and look at the back of the gearbox and you will see a pear dropped shaped alloy housing, have a look at it and see if its been hitting the subframe (you will see shiny metal if it has)

Or get a mechanic to look at it
