Ex BT Connect Servicing

Postby Refined Detail » Sun Nov 30, 2008 6:10 pm

Hi All,

Anybody else on here got an ex-BT Connect, and understand the service history that came with it? Never really paid much attention to mine until looking earlier, as mines booked in for MOT and service tomorrow.

It's an 04 plate with 16k on the clock (I was lucky!) and on the BT printed service history, it's had S1, S2, S3 service and "Test Light".

I don't know what any of these mean, and a quick google didn't help. I'm not sure what service to have tomorrow now though! Don't want the air filter to be done as I'm replacing it with a K&N, and I've ordered a new Pollen filter to save myself a few bob, and it's going in for a remap at the beginning of '09, but wanted to try and find out what it's had done in the past so I know whether to splash the cash on a "full" service so that I know everythings up to date etc.

Any help / suggestions would be much appreciated!

Cheers

Ask your local BT motor transport workshop, they'll explain.
