Rattle

Hey,

Recently I have had a service and because of the mileage I have done 99k in four years driving it 3-4 days a week I thought it best to change the cam belt, I also had a left from bearing changed because of the loud spinning noise it was making.

However I noticed another noise, I think its coming from the rear and it sounds like a rattle. So far I have noticed it in 3rd gear at low revs coming up, but i dont think its isolated to 3rd gear. What could have a rattle and shake from the rear?
