FORD CONNECT 2.0 T.D.I - HELP URGENTLY NEEDED

Postby TWEEDTWEED19 » Wed Sep 05, 2012 7:08 am

Hi all,

I have a ford connect that no mechanic on the planet can fix (or just want to rip me off)

The problem:

Van overheats and cuts out when going up a hill or driving for over 20miles or so.
Cold air be blown through radiator but if I have considerably you can feel the heat being restored.

What I've had done.

Water Pump,(guy was dodgy) thermostat, radiator.

Is there any miracle workers on here and who knows exactly what the problem is.

So far as I'm aware, Ford don't make a 2.0 Tddi Connect, so you may want to post up a little more information about your van
1994 Mk4 SWB 115 Minibus 70ps Di (R.I.P.)
1997 Mk5 SWB 115 Minibus 70ps Di (Gone, but not forgotten!)
2004 Mk6 SWB T280 Medium Roof 85PS 2.0 TDDi - Vantunered (Also gone)
2008 Mk7 SWB T280 Medium Roof 85PS 2.2 TDCi - Also Vantunered
