leaking clutch pedal

Postby poolie » Tue Sep 11, 2012 5:55 pm

Hi recently bought a connect 75 ps 57 reg. Noticed today when driving that the sole of my shoe felt slippy when using the clutch. On further inspection the fluid i think thats what it is :? Is leaking under the dash at tbe top of the pedal. I also have the slightest of crunches in third gear is this related? Is this a straightforward job to fix what will ineed? Tia

Hi, you need a new clutch master cylinder which is on top of your pedal ( green in colour) loads on ebay if ya search for one and pretty eaasy to change if ya good with spanners. disconnect pipes going thru bulkhead ( two spring clips ) and unbolt leaky part from pedal, fit new one , job done :D
