Thumping on gas pedal during deacceleration from 50 mph

I have a 2012 tc and when I decel from 50 mph. There is a thumping on the pedals. Anyone have this same issue. I went to ford and drove another tc and did the same thing. They told me it was the tires. They replaced tires and still does it.

Thumping on the pedals, what do you mean? Is it something you can feel, or a sound that you hear?

I have a MK4 petrol Golf that does the same thing but only when setting off; I think it's something to do with the anti-stall/choke system. It's never been a problem just another thing to get used to
