Cigar/Power not working

Postby RobertDnP » Fri Oct 19, 2012 1:56 pm

I have a 2012 Ford Transit Connect here in the US.
For some reason I just lost power to both cigar/power 12 volt plugs.
I checked the 20amp fuse and found no problems.
I changed the fuse just to be safe. Still no power at the plugs.
What am I missing?

There is a big in the glove compartment?
I was checking the fuse panel to the lower left of steering wheel

Something odd happened.
One of my plugs work but not the other.
The one in line with the A/C and recirculated air buttons works.
The one below it down next to the aux input for the radio does not work at all.
Is that a separate fuse?

Most likely, check ALL the fuses, Ford are good and not marking them correctly

Depends upon if factory fitted then probably wired and fused independantly if done by previous owner then maybe just connected to one. Are they both live feeds or only live when ignition is turned on?
