hello everyone, is there step by step info on removing 1.8 tdci injectors i could get hold ov? iv bought 4 new injectors and i have the fsuper for coding them in, just wondering if theres anything i might need to know before i get stuck in, any help is much appreciated thanks, its for my transit connect 03 plate.

Straight fwd enough mate. I took intercooler and pipes off for max room. Remove injector pipes from top of injectors and losen at the spider end swing them out of the way. Remove leak off pipes and then undo the 10mm bolt that holds down the injector clamp remove clamp and hopefully injector will twist and wiggle out. The injector closest to the gearbox was a bit awkward from what I can recall there is a water outlet around that area. Clean out the injector seat and apply copper grease to the new inj body. When coding in remember f super asks for cylinder number not firing order or the other way around. And you might have to prog it several times before it accepts the code.

Ebay search f-super. I was able to code injectors on my tdci
