Little bit of an update:

Gave the van a service all the filters and its going a lot better the air filter was that bad the van had tried to suck it in

I have also added injector cleaner into the fuel to see how that goes next is to clean out the inlet manifold and map sensor and cap the EGR system

Could have been worse if it had been sucked into to the intake, that would have caused a bit if damage to the turbo, not so bad having a clogged air filter sucked into the van as long as it don't hit you in the eye while driving, nice to know you got it sorted and it was just the basics that were a problem, you've saved some ££££££'s
