lack of power on hills

hi, transit connect 200d swb , 2005 was going fine throtle pedal broke,put new one on and a servise at same time air oil and fuel filters also new exhaust back box ,when got it back starts first time no smoke atall ,start drive full power after a few hundred yards lacks power first hill have to change down a gear on hills even on motor way ,park it up for a while and full power ,few hundred yards same again ,have checked flexi hoses on intercooler,cleaned out intercooler ,put another fuel fillter on ,took tank off cleaned blew through fule lines no blockes ,can put up with it on the flat road but up a slight hill no good ,had a fault code ,it cam up with turbo boost senser circit malfunction ,ayn help would be good thanks.been like this for 7months not got any worse but really anoying .
