Ford Connect Overheating problem help.

Hello, my vehicle is a 2007 model ford connect 1.8 tdci 110 hp. The temperature indicator rises like this when going uphill. When stopped, it immediately falls back to its middle position.
Thermostat changed
Water Pump changed
Heat sensor changed
Fan resistance changed
radiator changed
Radiator water tank cover changed
There is no water loss in my vehicle. There is no swelling or hardness with the hose. While traveling at a speed of 160-170 kilometers on the straight, sometimes the temperature exceeds the middle.I still haven't solved the problem yet, I'm looking forward to your help, thank you in advance.

You've done all the checks you should have done .
170 kms per hour is 105mph --- that is fast, the van is not designed for a sustained speed like that .
Think if you are putting that much load on the van regularly, you should upgrade the radiator and the fan

i have a feeling what you are experiencing is normal, if driven at that speed ..in what country ..for all i know you may be in southern spain at temperatures of plus 25c

note: its close to the top speed, so you are really pushing it , you have an old engine ..probably coked / carboned up inlet manifolds, and inlet tracts, as well not helping./
older engines becoming carboned up due to EGR and direct injection is common.

Thanks for your answer. I don't ride at 160-170 kilometers all the time, just for testing purposes. I usually cruise at 90-100 kilometers. The region I am in is mountainous, and even when traveling at 30-40 km, the temperature exceeds half. I had the cooling system cleaned etc. I haven't found a solution yet.

Hello, the plastic hoses you mentioned have been checked. It's not clogged. Circulation is fine.

well the next checks, would be head gasket checks.

search ebay with words

"head gasket leak test kit"

more suffocated test kits come up with search words"combustion gas test kit" you are looking for a device that looks like a home brew beer trap device. this device holds fluid that turns another colour when combustion gasses bubble through it .

Others ways:
Look for bubbling in header tank
Buy a coolant system pressure tester...
Watch for coolant hoses turning rock hard within minutes of cold starts,
Coolant hoses can collapse on cool down.
Engine oil can turn milky.
Compression tester can show a cylinder is down in compression.
All down to experience as head gaskets can fail in many ways and are sometimes tricky to diagnose.
The only certainty is when it fails in a big way .....

Hello, the test kits and tests you mentioned have been tried and there is no problem. There is no stiffness in the hoses. Everything is quite normal.

Hello, timing belt etc. were installed brand new. Egr was canceled in my vehicle. Egr cooler has been cancelled. We connected the pipes together and the water is constantly rotating. I haven't found a solution to the heat yet. The only thing left is the oil cooler that I haven't changed.

It has nothing to do with the hot weather. I used to travel in the mountains before and the car would never do this in 35-40 degrees.
