done nothing to my '54 lwb.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but,,,,,,
i've been offered some fat wheels. can't convince myself they are gonna fit. (forget partical) reckon they'd look the nuts!
5 x 108 pcd is the bit i'm ok with. 8.5j on 245/45 r19 40 offset.
what d'ya reckon? 19's too much?

i got round to fitting my foot well lights..... just used some audi style day time running lights off ebay and mounted them under the bottom lip on the dash with a few cable ties. love the look at night just poped out to check!!!

now that its all lit up down there i need to get some new pedals! anyone got pics of theres?

Finally fitted my mk2 grill today, The bonnet catch is fine - But will need to replace the Key Barrel as it is too short !! :(

Just need to sort out the old badge recess on the bonnet :wink:

Also test fitted the brand new rear bumper & end caps, Just waiting for the top trim pad

fitted the focus bottom half air box + hose and a K&N air filter :)

also fitted an EGR blank, which was an absolute f***er to do! the bolts where seized, took about 3 hours to get them undun enough to slide the plate in :evil: but hopefuly the 2 together will make a change :)

My blanking plate is still in the packet as s**t scared to put anymore pressure trying to undo the bolts!! :(

Your telling me and awkward to get your hand round the back plus you cant get a socket on the end only small spanner with not much leverage!!!

What socket set size were you using as i manged to get a 1/4 10mm on a 6" braker bar and undid them

On the 05/06 and earlier the EGR is facing towards the rear of the engine bay and so access is harder than later models which has the EGR turned towards the centre of the engine bay making access easier.

Think I have a 1/4 10mm socket but dont have a bar that fits that size. May nip into local tool shop and see if I can pick one up and give it another go!
