I agree with your @Rip the 20/40 seems to be right for most vans. But in our case with 19 /245/40 on the van will fill out the wheels and dropping another 20mm things might start getting in the way. We didn't want to roll the fenders so We're leaving the front as is, except added new Super=Pro end links and a performance sway bar. Just so you know, our van has been lowered slight because we installed a set of Bilstein B6 struts and used the factory coils. haven't had a chance to do the Bilstein shocks because we're unsure as to if 40mm at the rear is enough.

Here's another pic from CustomWheelOffset US

This North American van owner installed GAS coilovers but didn't say if he coil lowered the van with his 18'x9.5 wheels.

If you and others can hold their breath till after Fri 18th we should post pics of our van with the 19 245/40 then we can decide if 40mm at the rear will be enough. If not Cobra told us that if their 40's don't work on our van, they will create a systems that does just for the North American market.

Then lets not forget to search the forum. This fellow a few years ago actually modified his factory coils to lower the van and fit witht the 18x9 ROTIFORM VCE Monoblocks with 205/40/18 tires:

Ripp, been a while but Have some info for you.. avoid those Cobra springs.. cheap crap fell out after only a few years, they are too bouncy. Because of these we opened to contact a coil spring company and asked them to design a set of springs to fit the van. I don't know the front or box specs other then the fronts are 20% stiffer but same ride height and the rear springs are 20% stiffer but 2'' lower. The thing here is if you go with this setup you will need to locate an alterative shock. We're using the Monroe 66608 shocks because they have the correct up and down travel as not to let the coil springs fall out. Next week we're working getting a set of spherical heim joints to use as spacers for the new shocks.. we've been using steel tubes and thick washers.. time to get real with the set up now.. If this works we could off just the rear set of springs, shocks and heim joints as a kit for those who want to lower the rear of their van by 2'' inches.
